    Overall is a pleasant stay. Location is great, within walking distance to many tourist attractions in George town. Spacious and love the classic decoration in the room. The staff are friendly, and helpful and resolve any issues immediately. For instance, we have an AC leaks in the morning (first day), the staff took care of it right away and we didn't experience the leak after. A few things that can be improved in housekeeping usually towels set should come with bath, hand and wash, we were given only 4 bath towels, and 1 hand towel. We have to request more which i didn't expect for a 4 star rating hotel. Also, they didn't give spare toilet paper roll, those should be replaced automatically whenever a housekeeping is requested. They do refill water and coffee but not hotel toiletries. Additionally, our room is at the second floor, when we first check in, we have one large luggage that we had to carry on our own where the staff didn't offer to help to carry up the big stuff instead carry my small items which i don't need help with. Understand he tried to open the room door with the actual key, he could have moved our luggage after (as a 4 star rating hotel, we expect luggage assistance if no elevator is available). Overall is a great stay, keep improving and we will definitely re-visit.

    I was given a large room opposite the main building, however the room is not cool and the door does not lock. Requested for another room which has a better air conditioner however its on top of the motor from their restaurant downstairs so it was extremely noisy. The staircase to go up to the room is quite steep so has to take care when going up and down. And on my 2nd last night I had bed bugs bites on my arm.
