I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The location is excellent and within walking distance of many attractions, cafés, and street art. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hostel was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I also had the chance to meet travelers from different countries, which made my trip even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Penang, especially solo travelers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For the price, the service and inclusions are very decent and nice. The lighting for the dorm pod is a bit dim. I wish the policy has an alternative for tourists who have yet to have withdrawn cash, especially in a time when cashless is already prevalent. Not blaming them tho since cash is still king. Just hoping that they could perhaps ask for a valid ID instead if the other option is not available so the guest could already check-in and not find their way for an open ATM machine. I was lucky it's not raining hard that day. The area is excellent location-wise. Very close to the action. The staff are very nice and helped me with my luggage. They're fluent, as well, in English and easy to understand. I can't exactly say I'm fond of the toilet area as other visitors are leaving their toiletries there as if marking it as their own. Towel has to be rented and no toiletries included.

The staff is friendly and invited me to their Tuesday night activities, but sadly, I had to leave.
The environment is great, they have a nice lobby where everyone hangs out and chills. They even let me use their meeting room to work on my laptop after checking out. I will definitely come back again!

If you are not claustrophobic and dont mind sleeping in a capsule like bed, then you can consider staying here. There is a coworking space to work and the reception area has bean bags to chill and tables/chairs where you can rest relax and socialise.
