Satisfactory hotel and kind staffs

I stayed at this hotel again after 11 years, having stayed there in 2014. It's particularly conveniently located near Bonn Central Station and within walking distance of Bonn University. The room was reasonably comfortable, and the heating worked well, keeping me warm. I also thought the breakfast was decent for the price.

When trying to access the city center, you'll need to somehow cross the train tracks. If you don't know where to cross, you'll have to take a lot of detours to get to the city center. As long as you can navigate the route, this isn't a major drawback.

The smell of the room was extremely bad. The price was very high. Toilets are shared. The room is barely larger than a prison’s cell.

Good stay!

The room was clean. The receptionist was so nice. She was accommodating and helpful even if it was just one night of stay. The breakfast was so good and freshly served.

Nice sized room, comfortable and firm beds.

No fridge, portable aircon was very loud and housekeeping kept taking used crockery but not replacing them. So had to ask for new ones each day at reception which was kind of odd.

I liked the size of the room and how comfortable staying in it was. Also the location was very good.

Nice simple hotel close to city centre

The hotel was fine. Nothing special, but a nice enough room for a decent price, very close to the train station. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fine, a good enough selection.

The location is very good. The bed clothing. The sustainability policy of the towels.

The cleaning service only “does” the bedroom. When I arrived to the reception I spent 30 minutes trying to show I had a reservation, even tough the secretary said no. Then she send me to a room in the last floor that did not correspond to my reservation (I reserved a double room and she gave me a single room). After it, I went to the reception again, and she said “we are overbooked”. And I had to argue that I paid for a doble room. After it, I went to the room. Not having AC is also a no.

Close access to the Landesmuseum, which was my main destination. It's hard to come up with other positives to be honest. Parking garage under hotel for extra fee?

A bit of a walk to get to anything OTHER than than the art museum. The public square and Beethoven's house, for example, are a fair walk to get to--through a well-lighted and shop-strewn underground passage (or somewhat dark outside underpass). The staff had a hard time communicating. As an English speaker it was hard to get ideas across so I would just give up. The elevator was the size of a shoebox.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage nah am Bahnhof

Schöne Lage hinter dem Bahnhof in ruhiger Straße, Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig für den Preis.

Gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof aus und ruhige Lage, Zimmerausstattung in Ordnung, gutes preiswertes Frühstück.

Bei diesem Aufenthalt gab es leider eine erhebliche Geruchsbelästigung im Zimmer. Die Rezeption war schon nicht mehr besetzt, so dass kein Ansprechpartner erreichbar bar. Fernseher und eine Steckdose kaputt. Das Hotel hat sich dann per Mail entschuldigt und Abhilfe versprochen. Beim vorherigen Aufenthalt traten diese Mängel nicht auf.

Schöne alte Villa, alles in bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles okay. Gute Frühstück sehr günstig. Schöner Frühstücksraum. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis - vom HBF zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt in ruhiger Straße.

Beim Frühstück alles gerichtet - aber keine ansprechbare Person vorhanden. Wäre kein Problem gewesen, aber es war ein blinder Gast (als einziger im Frühstücksraum) anwesend, der beim Frühstück Unterstützung benötigte. Das hätte man besser lösen können. Es trübt aber nicht den ansonsten guten Eindruck.

Die Lage ist top - nahe am Hbf und trotzdem in einer eher ruhigen Seitenstraße Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür - perfekt, wenn es regnet oder man seine Kräfte überschätzt hat Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, die einen stets grüßen

Kaffeautomat in Vorzimmer fur Frühstuck,sehr wenig Essen zum Auswahl.Der mein Hotelzimmer ohne Toillete,der Dusche neben Schlaffbett.Um 22 Uhr habe ich normal telefoniert,dabei klopfte mein Nachbar an die Wand,damit ich leiser bin.

El precio. Dos noches 480 euros por una habitación doble y no limpian ni cambian las toallas. Sin productos de aseo, solo un bote gel. Hay caferera pero ni siquiera ponen botitos de leche. La colcha de la cama es pequeña y te peleas por la noche para dormir.

Ruhig und schnelles einchecken + komfortabel von A nach B zu kommen

Zu wenig Fernsehprogramm Auswahl. Dazu kommt noch fehlerhafte Mangel an Schränken und das Bett war nicht mehr so ordnungsgemäß wie es sein sollte, also durch gevögelt. dazu kommt noch, dass man nicht Bescheid gegeben hat, dass jemand reinkommt um da zu putzen

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer relativ ruhigen Einbahnstraße, in deren Bereich man mit etwas Glück auch einen Parkplatz findet (aber ggf. Parkschein-/Parkscheibenpflicht). Unser Hotelzimmer war zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und schlicht, aber relativ geräumig und hatte ein großes Bett mit eher harten Matratzen, auf denen wir gut schlafen konnten. Das Frühstück konnten wir für 10 Euro pro Person hinzubuchen; es war seinen Preis wert. Fazit: Meines Erachtens kein Hotel für einen längeren Urlaub, aber für ein paar Tage hat man hier eine solide Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und (optionalem) gutem Frühstück.

Wir waren etwas verwundert, dass die Dame, die uns empfangen hat, bat, englisch mit ihr zu sprechen. Für uns war das kein Problem, für jemanden ohne Englischkenntnisse könnte es aber eines werden. Wie schon erwähnt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eher schmucklos, aber für den günstigen Preis darf man auch nicht zu viel erwarten.
