Fair hotel in city center

So far a nice hotel in City center.

I had a street facing room. The tramways rattled all day and made noise. It would be good to invest in soundproof windows to avoid disturbance. People with light sleep, will struggle.

Breakfast spread was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. This was my repeat stay at the hotel. I prefer this hotel for the location close to the market and Bonn Station.

Very friendly and supportive staff specially at the reception

The highlight was the nice people at the reception. They would do anything to support you. Also, the staff at the breakfast room. This is my third time there.

Cosy, comfortable stay with excellent connectivity and warm hosts.

The room was really cosy, and it was really nice coming back after a long day to sink into the bed. The location of the hotel is excellent also, really allowing for travel everywhere in the city. The staff was also really friendly and helpful, giving me tips about the public transport of the city, which as a newcomer here was amazing.

I wish there was a kettle in the room so we could get hot water there instead of having to go down to the reception.

A good economy option for a short stay in central Bonn.

The room was small but quiet, there was a desk for working, good wifi, enough plug sockets, a hairdryer etc, and the windows opened and shut so it was easy to moderate the level of air in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful - it felt welcoming.

The duvet was one of those horrible polyester ones which made me sweat all night so sleep wasn't great. The curtains were plastic and didn't close completely. There was also no kettle or means of making tea or coffee, and no bar or drinks service apart from breakfast, so it wasn't possible to have a cup of tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast was okay, tho unusually in Germany, not very nice bread rolls! But they did go to some trouble to find oat milk for my cappuccino, which was kind.

Hot room, but great location and staff

The location is great, and the staff is very kind and helpful — definitely the highlights of this hotel.

The room gets extremely hot. It’s summer in Europe, and unfortunately, there’s no fan or any form of ventilation provided. That made it quite uncomfortable to sleep at night.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The lift was operating when we arrived with bags, but not working when we left.

The room was not as advertised in any way. There was no fridge, no lounge in our room, no slippers, no space. The fridge was needed for a medical condition. The man at the desk gave us another room with a fridge. The second day in the late morning, I saw a message offering us an up grade, which we declined as we had unpacked and settled in. We were offered free breakfast that day (too late for us), and the next day which we had.

The staff was kind, and we completed the check-in and check-out process quickly. The room has also a fridge. Location is great.

The door to my room didn't have any sound absorption, and my room was located next to the stairs. So I woke up very early, which was a little bit annoying.

A solid choice

Cozy room with everything I needed + great central location

No sound insulation - I kept being woken up at night by other guests climbing the stairs, talking and laughing, using the bathroom, etc.
