Tertemiz odalar ve yatakları çok rahat, harika bir manzaraya bakıyor. Svan kulelerini görerek güne başlıyorsunuz. Sadece, eğer arabanız yoksa merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde ve yol eğimli. İşletme sahibi benden ilk gün direkt para istemedi hatta odadan çıkarken yatağa bırakabilirsin dedi. Bir daha gelsem yine burada kalırdım. I had a really nice stay at guesthouse Neno, the family is very welcoming, the daughter speaks very good English and helped me a lot with everything I asked. They brought me delicious pancakes and kachapuri and drove me to the airport on my last day, didi madloba 🥰 The room is spacious, comfortable and heated, with a little private bathroom, it's a very good value for the price. The balcony has a very nice view on the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped for basic meals and includes coffee, oil, salt, pepper... A washing machine is available with free detergent, which is very nice after muddy hikes. I would highly recommend this guesthouse!

The walls are thin and there are some ants, but I don't think it is something specific to this guesthouse.

We had a bit of trouble finding the place at first, but the host stayed in touch and quickly helped us get oriented. The house is located slightly away from the center, on a hill, but in return you get beautiful views of the mountains from the terrace and balconies. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom in the house, and everything was quite clean. When we arrived, the room was very cold, but we turned on the heating and it quickly fixed the situation. We had a room where you could enjoy a stunning view of Mestia and the mountains right from the bed.

The staircase leading to the second floor (where the rooms are located) is quite shaky and unstable. I hope the owner will fix it. Otherwise, nothing to complain about!

Чисто, шикарный вид на местию, дом на отшибе за рекой. Есть шторы блекаут.

Жили не в отдельнлм доме, а в номере на втором этаже в доме хрзяйки. В отдельных домиках возможно все лучше. На гостевой кухне не было таких базовых вещей как соль, перец, тёрка, дуршлаг. Но хозяйка дала все это сл своей личной кухни. Шумоизоляция между номерами отсутствует. Можно говорить через стенку с соседями. И не только говорить. На окнах нет москитной сетки. Соответственно спать со свежим воздухом не получится. Дорога к дому от реки это крутой каменистый подъем. На легковом авто нкжно ползти очень медленно. Можно зацепить пороги и днище. У хозяйки на улице живет ее щенок собаки, который в 7 утра может начать без остановки лаять на проходящих мимо коров. Если корова встала у дома, то лай не прекратится. Очень огорчило, что хозяйка не придала этому значения и не завела свою собаку куда-то в дом, чтобы прекратить этот лай. Выспаться не удалось. И тут уже не важно в жорогом вы номере живете или в дёшевом. Лай собаки разбудит всех.
