Alles war sehr gut! Sehr freundlich, sehr sauber alles! Eigener Parkplatz!

Понравилось все! Расположение за углом от Никоры( магазин круглосуточный). Через минуту- главная площадь города, Близко от всех кафе и это ровно середина, удобно добираться в любую точку города! Сам дом- шикарный. Внизу общая кухня, есть все необходимое, современный и большой холодильник, плита, куча тарелок, чашей, чаи, соль, сахар и тд. Номер у нас был на третьем этаже с балконом. Балкон с супер видом на горы и церковь, внизу прыгали кролики по газону, что тоже добавляло красоты. две кровати односпальных, но они были сдвинуты, поэтому парам можно спокойно ехать. удобный матрас. Хорошее постельное белье и свежие полотенца. Соседняя комната на третьем этаже была гостиная, куда можно было выйти и попить чай( стоит чайник, столик). Внизу так же стиральная машина и все принадлежности для стирки. Хозяин очень гостеприимный! Помимо нас были и другие гости, но мы практически не пересекались. Очень уютно и Тихо.

Все было супер, начиная от расположения, заканчивая кроликами и приветливыми детьми, что играли внизу)

We liked the price and the location. It is situated by the city centre, therefore it is very good starting point for a hike or for a car trip to the mountains. What we really appreciated, is that there is Spar and local market nearby the apartment. Regarding the room - we also liked the possibility to turn on the heater during the night, which helped us getting good sleep.

Communication with the host was quite poor. Check-in was from 14:00, we arrived around 14:10, and we couldn't reach the host at all - no reply on WhatsApp or Booking.com or mobile phone. When we finally met him, we didn't really like his attitude as he smelled of alcohol. The first night was unfortunately a disaster. We were exhausted from our trip and trying to sleep when someone knocked on our door at 0:50 AM. We had asked for toilet paper earlier in the evening (as there was only one roll), so we assume it was the host delivering it at a completely inappropriate time, though he later denied it when we met him in the city. Later that night, we heard shouting and loud noises from downstairs. Since we were supposed to be the only guests, we assume it was the host and his friends. This ended in poor sleep quality and not much energy in the morning, which you need, if you want to see the surrounding areas of Mestia. Also, there was a shared kitchen, which lacked of kitchen utensils (no knives, only 2 big ones but not enough sharp to cut anything and no tea spoons, only big spoons and few forks). The second night was fine. We confronted the host about the issues, and he gave us a small discount (10 GEL). Overall, a very interesting stay, but if you are looking for the cheap stay in Mestia near the city centre, then why not.
