This was my fav guesthouse in the 4-day trek. The family was lovely. The man offered me some hiking poles (without me asking), which were incredible helpful for the rest of the trek - specially to cross the river on day 3. The food was delicious and more than enough for all of us. Among other food, breakfast also included cheese, yogurt and fruit (I didn’t see this in other guesthouses). The shower is separated from the toilet and they even have a hair drier - luxury in the mountains. I arrived quite early and they offered me tea and cake. My room had a window with Mountain Views and the bed was super comfy. I met some nice trekkers there as well. Overall a great experience, even though it rained most of the time and I couldn’t enjoy the garden.

Everything was perfect

The stuff was so kind and caring, they are such a kind people!!!!! The house has a beautiful garden. The garden was so peaceful for me. I didn’t order a dinner, but the lady brought me some slices of bread. Thank you again.

The room hasn’t a window :( but it is pretty typical here. The bed was uncomfortable and make noises, I wake up every hour.

Eine wirklich freundliche und herzliche Familie, die uns mit wunderbarem Essen versorgt hat! Der Garten und der Bauernhof ist eingerahmt von den atemberaubenden Bergen der Region. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man Teil der Familie ist. Wer nach Zhabeshi reist, sollte unbedingt hier übernachten! Danke für alles! Wir kommen wieder!

Nichts.

I was greeted extremely warmly by the children and one of the daughters was pretty much fluent and they prepared me cake and coffee which was delicious. I also had a warm shower and all the facilities were good. The food was nice but dinner was not super vegetarian friendly (there was vegetable soup, kchachapuri, and veggies but no protein which is understandable)

*Future Guests Read!!* Around 9pm till 11:30pm there was a LOT of chatter and noise being made by the family, which can be heard very clearly from the bedrooms. At 11:30 suddenly the chatter switched to 2 of the kids absolutely sobbing and the mother yelling in distress. Not understanding Georgian, I became concerned that there was a genuine threat to their and our safety. Only after contacting the owner of my friends guesthouse was it clarified that this was just some household chaos and nothing more. I write this not out of anger but rather to warn any others if they encounter this at nighttime. Additionally, the room was pretty stuffy and warm at night but this is standard.
