I was greeted with a warm smile - my host made me feel super welcome! He and his family helped me organise things in Ushguli and went above and beyond with their kindness and hospitality. Great value for money…my room looked out to a green mountain! The views from the cafe are awesome!! They also have a cute dog!

Davit and his family were super helpful and hospitable. We were greeted with georgian tea.
We had a double room with a bathroom in Ushguli. He also helped us to convert some money as we were running out of cash and there are no ATMs in Ushguli.
It is very central and well situated. The room has a heater, a mirror and bedside tables.
It is easy to find and the host is very responsive.
It was very nice to stay here.
Ushguli is a lovely little town frozen in time, that is developing quite quickly.
I think is a problem in Georgia in general but drains are a bit smelly, as mentioned we have had this problem in other places as well.
Obviously this is nothing to do with the hosts or the property, but currently Ushguli has lots of new developments, therefore construction works can be quite noisy in the morning.
Investing in some towels would be a good idea.

Located pretty close to the center of Ushguli. Good price for the room.
The room was not the cleanest. One of the two sockets in the room was burnt and didn’t look safe to use. There was no hanger for jackets and bedside tables. The water was randomly getting dangerously hot so we got burnt couple of times.
