Vakhtang is a very kind host. The location was great for our needs, with easy offstreet parking and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk. Air conditioning and/or fans provided were helpful for the heat. :)

Vakhtang is a kind and attentive host. The location was good; in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. There was off street parking. The rooms were well prepared and clean.

Очень гостеприимные хозяева, дом шикарный! Всё необходимое есть: полотенца, мыло, шампунь, гель. Есть кухонька, можно приготовить себе что то поесть. Так же можно постирать свои вещи. Ухоженный сад, видно, что его любят и заботятся о нем. Можно посидеть на скамейке во дворе, отдохнуть, попить чай на свежем воздухе. Еще хочу отметить, что район очень спокойный и тихий, что не может радовать после долгой дороги!

Good and quiet location
It was very cold - with the heater on maximum the temperature inside the room was only 11 degrees celsius, when outside it was 0 degrees celsius.
