Nizharadze's Tower

I only had dinner here, incredibly good and abundant dinner served and very nice family who host. Location is very great in the historic Ushguli village, everything was clean and tidy in the house.

Everything amazing, it was the best dinner we had in Georgia. The owner and her family were super nice and welcoming. Beds were extremely comfortable and super strong and hot shower, what you need after a day of hiking.

On the inside it’s comfortable and clean. It’s in the Unesco part of town, but the roads are still caked in cow shit.

The dishonesty and inflexibility of the staff. She insisted the fixed price to Kutaisi was 700GEL for the car and I was the only one so would I please pay up as she would certainly hear if there were others, where we found in the center of town the price to be 100 pp and plenty of others who were going the same way. For dinner and breakfast, we wanted to sit together and eat with friends, but both times I was forced to sit at another table. I tried it friendly, I tried it direct, I just did it, but no, I had to sit somewhere else. And breakfast is at 9am, not because this is good for the customer but because it’s good for them.
