I stayed here before and after my hike. Great price point & the views from the balcony are lovely! Close to everything and they have the CUTEST puppy!!

The views from the guesthouse are truly awesome, who wouldn’t like to wake up to a mountain view? The rooms were spacious and clean and I really liked the location up the hill.
A little downside was the small and rather poorly equipped kitchen. As the guesthouse does not serve any food, I would have expected more for this price. Also, the guests and the family tend to stay private and there’s not much interaction between each other…I personally liked that for a change to multi-bed hostels and other guesthouses, but it definitely has more or a hotel vibe 😌

The room are spacious, spotless clean. The balcony is great and cosy with a beautiful view, coffee, tea and small kitchen. But the best part is the family - I never met such a great host family. Natalie and Kacha are so kind and warm. And their kids are wonderful. The atmosphere in this property is so good and welcoming. The yard is huge and beautiful, and it's 5 minute to go to Mestia center. I could not ask for more.
