Stop House is an amazing place to stay in Mestia with mountain views, and when we stayed autumn colours all around. Waking up to the mountains is amazing. Nila is such a great host and very hospitable. Loved Mestia so much I came for 2 nights but ended up staying for 6.

1. No signage. Took 20 min to find it even with Google pin 2. Hard beds 3. Yard sitting area a disaster 4. Garbage under the stairs (aka old bldg materials, TV, etc) 5. Host's screaming kids 6. Dogs that jump on you with muddy paws 7. Broken lock 8. Had to ask for basics (towels, soap, TP) 9. Heater leaked oil and stank up the room 10. Outlets are by the bed, but not actually accessible without moving the bed in one room
