Good location. Good size room with a lounge which was comfy. Was able to cook basic meals in the kitchen.
Bed was not very comfortable, sagged in the middle.

Good value for the price
The soundproofing is too poor, you can hear even the slightest sound, and the floors in the hallway creak terribly.

Of all the places we stayed in Svaneti, this was our overall favourite. The small bedroom we took was cosy, well furnished and easily the best value for money booking. Incredible views from the terrace. Tea & coffee facilities and it was so nice of the family to transfer us to Mestia airport at short notice . Thank you!

Very friendly hosts, gave us free food for our trip. Everything was very clean and tidy.
No trash cans in the rooms, a lot of bugs in one of our rooms, downstairs bathroom was kind of dirty.
