Fantastic spot in Bath - nice and cosy with everything you need. The owner was also very responsive and being a solo traveller I felt very secure.
Neighbours next door were a little bit noisy (just chatting and laughing loudly - so nothing bad!). I am just a light sleeper. Not an issue though.

Good location, clean, well maintained overall.
Extremely hot on the top floor rooms. Once we opened the window it was much better. There was no staff. We reached at 7:30pm and left at 10am.

Room was nicely decorated, good facilities (tea,coffee,biscuits), fairly clean. Good location close to the city centre. Parking nearby.
The bed was very uncomfortable and creaked loudly with every turn. Didn’t get a good nights sleep and therefore wouldn’t stay again.
