Perfect fit for my needs. Location to city center was perfect. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Excellent pickup area for Ubers when needed. Facilities were clean, comfortable and homey. Danny our contact person went above and beyond. Excellent stay.
Main lift was out of service and apparently that happens often. We had a senior with a walker with us. Going from the other side of building and through all of the fire doors was just annoying.

Really good communications before our stay - we got a really detailed document on how to get our keys etc. this was very reassuring, and meant that we knew exactly where to get the keys, where to park, really good. Apartment is much larger than it appears in the photos! really spacious and lovely and clean too. Well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Location wise, you could walk into the city centre in 5-10 mins. There was also some local pubs (one with a cave!) and shops etc.
The road outside can be a little noisy at times, but this is a city, so that's what you expect really.

The location was perfect. Not in the middle of the bustle but less than a 5 minute walk to the centre. Danny was a perfect host checking in on us from the time we booked right to the checkout out.
The showers had an issue. One of the showers had scalding hot water only and the other shower was icy cold water. Danny was quick to respond on how to manage the situation but it was a bit of a struggle late into the evening.
