Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment in Central Nottingham

Communication was lacking. As I had heard nothing about the arrangements re key etc I phoned in the morning of arrival. I was told there would be a text forwarded telling us how to collect the key. Finally 40 minutes before arriving at Nottingham while we were driving it arrived. Went to the One Stop where the shop proprietor originally knew nothing about the property or key. Finally he smiled and produced the key. We were told the wrong apartment number in the text and caused stress to the people who were in that room when we were trying to enter. We could not access the lift because there was a mattress and other furniture in the way. We had to locate someone to move that. The information sent to me by booking.com said there was no parking. Thus my friend paid £20 for private parking but when we finally got inside the apartment we found a parking permit for the property on the table. We could not access the guest manual easily. There was a large stain on the carpet in the main bedroom. There was a large storage box in the ensuite which was smashed . The kitchen floor had a chunk out of it. The balcony door was wide open and when we tried to close and lock it it would not click into place so we had to sleep with it open all night and leave it ajar when we left the property. This caused us some stress about our safety.

Great central position 5 mins from station and short walk into town

Good location near train station Good comfortable beds and good facilities. Wifi good

Few maintenance issues that need addressed for the price ( blind in one bedroom broken, heater in kitchen fallen off wall, and a broken unsightly storage box in one bathroom)

Great location and very spacious apartment with everything you need

Beds not so comfortable and the apartment was not as clean upon check in. A lot of papers under the bed hairs on top of the closet
