About this house rental
Our thatched-roof dream home, “Nordperd,” with ocean views from the first floor and private beach access, offers approximately 220 m² of living space spread over two levels. You’ll find three luxurious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a private sauna, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a spacious living area with a fireplace. The huge south-facing sun terrace, complete with a beach chair and a cozy seating area, will help you forget the stresses of everyday life.
The light-filled living and dining area with ocean views is located on the first floor. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and an LED HD TV. Whenever you like, the fireplace creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. The large built-in kitchenette, featuring an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and various small appliances, is sure to delight any amateur chef. A freestanding kitchen island with seating completes the open-concept kitchen vibe.
On the first floor, you’ll find your own sauna area with a walk-in shower and toilet.
A staircase leads you to the exceptionally beautiful upper floor. Here you’ll find three bedrooms—two of which feature a double bed (box-spring beds with full-length toppers) measuring 180 x 200 cm, as well as their own TV. The two bedrooms with double beds have direct access to their respective bathrooms, each featuring a sea view.
One of the bathrooms is equipped with a large shower, a double vanity, and a freestanding bathtub—all with a breathtaking sea view. The other bathroom features a shower and a double sink as well.
The third bedroom features two single beds (box-spring beds) measuring 90 x 200 cm and also has its own TV. All bedrooms have blackout curtains.

• Two free parking spaces are available.
• Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
• A washing machine/dryer and ironing supplies are provided.
The “Nordperd” beach house can accommodate up to 6 guests. A well-behaved dog is also welcome upon prior notice and for a small fee. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
As a special service in this exceptional vacation home, you will receive a personal welcome and orientation from our housekeeper upon arrival or no later than the following day.
