Welcome to the “Oie” beach house for your getaway by the sea! The island of Oie near Greifswald, which gives this wonderful vacation home its name, is a small islet spanning 54 hectares, located about 10 km east of Rügen in the Bay of Pomerania. From the beautiful sandy beach in Lobbe, you can clearly see the nature-protected island on the horizon.
At the Oie Beach House, a vacation paradise awaits you with an impressive 220 m² of living space, spread over two levels. You’ll find three luxurious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, your very own private sauna, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a spacious living area with a fireplace. The huge south-facing sun terrace, complete with a beach chair and a cozy seating area, invites you to unwind and relax.
The living and dining area of your vacation home—with the sea right outside your door—is located on the first floor and is furnished with elegant sofas, high-quality solid wood furniture, a large-screen UHD smart TV, and a spacious dining table that comfortably seats the whole family. The fireplace ensures a romantic and cozy atmosphere, not just during the cooler months.
The large built-in kitchenette also exudes pure elegance with its high-gloss surfaces and freestanding cooking island. With an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and various small appliances, it’s sure to make any home cook’s heart beat faster.
On the first floor, you’ll also find your own sauna area with a walk-in shower and toilet.
One flight of stairs up, your three elegant bedrooms await, each with its own TV and plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with exclusive box-spring double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) with full-length toppers, while the third features two box-spring single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m).
The two bedrooms with double beds each have an exclusive en suite bathroom. Enjoy the luxury of looking out at the sea from the bathroom! One of the bathrooms is equipped with a large shower, a double sink, and a freestanding bathtub with a sea view. The other bathroom features a shower and, of course, a double sink as well. The bathrooms are furnished with high-quality Villeroy [&] Boch fixtures.

• Two free parking spaces are available.
• Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
• A washing machine, dryer, and ironing supplies are provided.
The non-smoking beach house “Oie” can accommodate up to 6 people. One well-behaved dog is also welcome upon prior notification and for a fee. The property is completely fenced in.
As a special service in this exceptional vacation home, you will receive a personal welcome and orientation from our housekeeper upon arrival or no later than the following day.

• Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is prohibited here. In the event of a violation, we must charge a fee of 500 euros.
