In Seedorf, not far from the sandy beaches of Rügen’s east coast, lies one of Germany’s most beautiful natural harbors. Here, surrounded by the magnificent natural beauty of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation.
The exclusive half-timbered villa Johanna Maria, with a view across the Lanckener Beek and the Having—part of the Greifswald Bodden—offers approximately 210 square meters of living space and features a spacious garden terrace (approx. 35 m²) and an elevated pavilion facing southwest. The entryway features a writing desk with a phone for free calls to German landlines and a Biedermeier-style coat closet. Furthermore, the first floor—which is finished with genuine oak planks—features a modern guest restroom, an utility room with a washer, dryer, and freezer, and a wellness room with a sauna, an exercise bike, a massage shower beneath wooden beams, and its own access to the terrace.
The approximately 50 m² living/dining room with its adjoining open kitchen (which can also be closed off with a stylish sliding door) impresses with its spacious dimensions beneath cozy wooden beams and the fireplace. The living area, with its comfortable couch and four armchairs in various styles, has a particularly elegant feel thanks to a beautifully red-waxed wall and is visually separated from the dining area by the two-sided glass-fronted fireplace, which serves as the room’s focal point. Firewood is provided, as is a stereo system with a CD player. An Empire-style display cabinet finished in black shellac forms the transition to the dining area.
In the dining area, you’ll find a large dining table for 6–8 people made of rustic bog oak, which contrasts pleasantly with the designer upholstery of the vintage coffeehouse chairs.
For bookings of 5 nights or more, you’ll have one case of select wines from the Rheingau region at your disposal each week.
The very well-equipped kitchenette with black granite countertops features a dishwasher, a 90-cm-wide oven, a 4-burner gas stove with an additional wok burner, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (***), a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and numerous small kitchen items that round out the kitchen’s amenities.
On the upper floor, which has laminate flooring, you’ll find the large bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed (200 x 200 cm). It also features a flat-screen TV, a large wardrobe, and an adjoining spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, heated towel rack, bathtub, and a beautiful view of the Having.
The second bedroom on this level features a 160 x 200 cm double bed with a single, continuous mattress, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. This room can also be used as a TV room.
The generously furnished loggia is located beneath a pointed gable and, beneath half-timbered beams, offers a fantastic view of the water, sheltered from the wind and weather.
An approximately 30 m² attic studio with a 160 x 200 cm double bed featuring a single continuous mattress, a flat-screen TV, and its own shower room rounds out the generous living space.
Sun loungers and a seating area on the southwest-facing terrace extend the excellent amenities to the outdoor space, offering the perfect setting to feel completely at ease. A raised pavilion in the front yard with a barbecue area and a magnificent view over the idyllic fishing village and the Having River completes this setting.

This non-smoking house is ideal for 1–6 people. A well-behaved dog is also welcome upon prior notice and for a fee. Bed linens and towels are included in the nightly rate for stays of 5 nights or more!
