Penthouse 28 "Hemingway"
This light-filled and exquisitely luxurious penthouse on the top floor of Villa Philine offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. With approximately 172 square meters of living space, this temporary home meets the highest standards.
You’ll be delighted by the spacious living area with its numerous floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as the wraparound, glass-enclosed rooftop terrace. The penthouse offers a breathtaking 270° panoramic view from the terrace—stretching from the sea to the famous chalk cliffs, the Baltic Sea beach with the famous Sellin pier, as well as over the rooftops of the entire Baltic Sea resort all the way to Lake Sellin and the beautiful hilly landscape between Altensien and Seedorf.
From the entryway, you enter the bright, approximately 50-square-meter living area. The high-quality club sofa and two cozy club armchairs promise relaxation after an eventful day, and a home theater system with a LOEWE DVD player and a large-screen LCD TV provides the perfect entertainment. During the cooler months, a crackling fire in the fireplace creates a cozy and romantic atmosphere.
The wraparound rooftop terrace is accessible from every room and offers plenty of space for extensive relaxation at any time of day. Whether with a glass of wine, gazing out over the Baltic Sea, or simply listening to the sound of the waves, this is the perfect way to wind down a unique day of vacation.
The open kitchen, harmoniously integrated into the living area and featuring brand-name built-in appliances, is sure to delight any home cook. A freestanding kitchen island with an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, various kitchen appliances, and small kitchenware round out the high-quality impression.
From the living room, you can access one of the three bedrooms, which features a comfortable double bed and a fantastic view of the sea.
From the hallway, you enter the children’s bedroom. Here you’ll find a custom-made designer triple-decker bed with four comfortable sleeping spots and a children’s seating area for our little guests. Adjacent to this is a wash area—visually separated from the bedroom—featuring a sink and mirror. From here, a door leads to the separate, small wellness area with its own sauna and two walk-in showers, one of which features a rain shower experience. You can also access the sauna through another door from the hallway. An additional guest restroom is available.
The spacious master bedroom, measuring approximately 40 square meters, offers plenty of room for relaxing moments of well-being and imaginative dreams. Partition walls have been largely omitted in this room to create a sense of openness and lightness. Not only does it feature a cozy double bed and its own TV, but also an elegantly designed bathtub integrated into the room, from which you can let your gaze wander into the distance. Here, too, the floor-to-ceiling windows found throughout the penthouse offer a spectacular view of Lake Sellin.
