The “Düne” beach house is a vacation paradise with an impressive 220 m² of living space spread across two levels. In addition to the stunning ocean view from the upper floor, you’ll find 3 luxurious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, your very own private sauna, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a spacious living/dining area with a fireplace. The huge south-facing sun terrace, complete with a beach chair and a cozy seating area, invites you to unwind and relax.
The living and dining area of your vacation home is located on the first floor and is furnished with elegant sofas, high-quality solid wood furniture, a large-screen UHD smart TV, and a large dining table that comfortably seats the whole family. The fireplace ensures a romantic and cozy atmosphere, not just during the cooler months.
The large built-in kitchenette also exudes pure elegance with its high-gloss surfaces and freestanding cooking island. Equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and various small appliances, it’s sure to make any home cook’s heart beat faster.
The first floor also features your own sauna area with a walk-in shower and toilet.
One flight of stairs up, you’ll find your three elegant bedrooms, each with its own TV and ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with exclusive box-spring double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) with full-length toppers; the third features two box-spring single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m).
The two bedrooms with double beds each have an exclusive en suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a large shower, a double sink, and a freestanding bathtub. Pure luxury. The other bathroom features a shower and, of course, a double sink as well. The bathrooms are furnished with high-quality Villeroy [&] Boch fixtures.

• Two parking spaces are available free of charge.
• Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
• A washer/dryer and ironing supplies are provided.
The non-smoking “Düne” beach house can accommodate up to 6 guests. One well-behaved dog is also welcome upon prior notice and for a fee.
As a special service in this exceptional vacation home, you will receive a personal welcome and orientation from our housekeeper upon arrival or no later than the following day.

• Due to the thatched roof, barbecuing of any kind is prohibited for fire safety reasons.
• Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is prohibited here. In the event of a violation, we must charge a fee of 500 euros.
