About this house rental
Detached 5-star country house under thatch with 200 square meters of living space on a huge plot. Directly at Binz in the small thatched-roof village Pantow (idyllic between Schmachter lake and Stresower bay), only 3.5 km to Binz.
The large garden area offers a wonderful playing area.
The carport with lockable area z. B. for bicycles has space for 2 vehicles. Other vehicles can be parked in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The Landhaus Wildrose has 5 bedrooms, 4 modern bathrooms, well equipped kitchens and living areas of up to 80 sqm. There are telephone and LED flat-screen TVs available.
The house has a balcony or Outdoor. Bed linen, towels, washing machine and dryer are included in the rent. There is no additional tax, which normally € 2.60 per night and person is !!
There are only a few 5-star country houses on Rügen and in the Binzer area no other houses under thatch and with a 5-star rating of the DTV (German tourist board), you

Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Haus, ideal für größere Gruppen (2 separate Wohnungen mit insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmern).
5 Sterne hätte ich vergeben, wenn
- das 5. Schlafzimmer oben links auch bezugsfertig und entstaubt gewesen wäre, das Bettzeug kam leider erst am 2. Tag
- die Lagebezeichnung in der Überschrift etwas präziser wäre, das kann nämlich zu falschen Erwartungen führen; nach Binz- Zentrum sind es von Pantow etwa 5-6 km, d. h. nur mit Fahhrrad / Auto regelmäßig zu bewältigen, und dabei ist die Lage sehr schön.
Lobenswert auch die unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit Schlüsselhinterlegung (wir haben niemanden zu Gesicht bekommen).

Wir können das Objekt bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Wir haben unseren Familienausflug sehr genossen.
Zwei kleine Anmerkungen:
- Die Duscharmaturen sind in manchen Bädern defekt. Man kann die Temperatur leider nicht richtig einstellen.
- Das WLAN könnte besser sein. Es stürzt immer wieder ab.

Meine gesamte Familie war voll zufrieden mit der Wahl der Ferienwoche zu meinem Geburtstag. Die Lage lag ruhig und für den für uns wichtigen Teil der Insel .

We rented the entire house for a week. While it has great potential,
we were disappointed with its organization and amenities. The house
features two kitchens and two dining rooms, but neither is suitable
for accommodating a large family. The two bedrooms on the ground floor
are nice, but the three bedrooms on the first and second floors are
quite uncomfortable. The coffee table in the living room is insecure,
and can be dangerous with kids. The outdoor table is too
small. These are just a few examples of the issues we
encountered. Overall, we would not recommend this accommodation for
large groups.
