The apartment is on the second floor, 360° open and bright, very big! Free parking was very easy on the street, we found it just across the building. It's a cute apartment, but needs some love/maintenance and better quality finishes but it's a very good value and good location. The big living room with the huge screen and projector is the best feature. Lighting is cozy too!

Le logement est très spacieux, emplacement top proche des remparts et à côté du centre ville, pas de bruit volets fermés, baby-foot très apprécié
Il est dommage que les finitions ne soient pas terminées, le logement a du potentiel ; il serait nécessaire de prévoir un grand ménage, ce n'était pas propre, les draps et les serviettes sentaient l'humidité, vaisselle pas propre ; odeur désagréable d'égouts dans la salle de bain

Très bien avec parking face à limmeuble
Contrôler pommeau de douche qui risque de se dégrader. Recoller quelques barres de seuil. Meilleur entretien WC . Finition des travaux

Un sandwich moisi dans le four à micro onde. Difficulté à échanger avec la conciergerie qui n'a apporté aucune solution à notre problématique. Les meubles sont bancales .
