A great place to stay

The property was nicely furnished with excellent attention to detail in providing for a family: Stair gates, potty, step for the sink, cutlery and even some toys/games. The location is amazingly central and the communication was excellent. The suggested free carpark is a lot closer than the maps suggest although I’d recommend driving down the hill to unload the car at the front door before moving the car to the carpark.

As a family with two young children, the layout of one bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor with the other two bedrooms on the top floor was not ideal for us however if you had slightly older children they’d really love the upstairs bedrooms.

Chouette petite maison, confortable, très bien équipée surtout pour les familles avec petits enfants. Hôtes très aimables et réactifs, disponibles quand nécessaire. Très propre. Le bruit des trains ne nous a pas dérangé ( la nuit il y en a presque ou pas du tout ). Chambres spacieuses et lits confortables. Rien de négatif à dire!

De spoorweg is dichtbij het huisje, waardoor je wel regelmatig treinen hoort. Al was dit op voorhand reeds duidelijk gemeld.

Ok pour une nuit de transit avec l'avantage de la gare à proximité, mais pas pour un séjour au calme

Les attentions à notre arrivée, les équipement au top avec un petit enfant, lit bébé, pot, réducteur de wc, etc... Literie confortable. Proximité du centre ville, dumarché

La proximité immédiate avec les voies de chemin de fer, qui réveillent très tôt le matin, et font vibrer les murs de l'appartement. Donc très bruyant La configuration de l'appartement sur 3 niveaux avec un escalier très étroit et raide, pas du tout fonctionnel avec un tout petit et une personne âgée. D'autant que la salle de bains et WC est au rez de chaussée et la cuisine et pièce à vivre à l'étage.

Kindvriendelijk logement op wandelafstand van het strand

We werden verwelkomt door de host met heel veel enthousiasme en uitleg. Het huisje wordt geopend met een code die je via sms krijgt. Super handig! Voor ons dochtertje was een klein cadeautje voorzien. Het huis is ruim, heeft mooie ruimtes en is gerieflijk. Daarnaast zeker kindvriendelijk: traphekjes, kinderspullen zoals een bedje, bad, eetstoel. Bij aankomst was er ook een koffie thee bar beschikbaar. Daarnaast waren er basic spullen om je eerste dagen door te brengen. Het huisje ligt op een goede locatie. Op ongeveer 20 min sta je aan het strand, 10 minuten op het centrale plein of de oude stad. Alles was prima te voet te doen. Het huisje ligt onderaan een steile straat, dus het was dankbaar dat we niet telkens de auto moesten nemen. De host was super toegankelijk om vragen te stellen! Ze antwoordde ook zeer snel! Top vakantie gehad.

Misschien toch een kleine kritische noot: We hadden eigenlijk niet echt door dat het huis zoveel trappen had. Met kleine kinderen was dit soms een uitdaging op allerlei vlakken (bv veiligheid) Wat ik miste in de infomap, was instructies over het recycleren, en de werking van de verwarming (bvb in de badkamer op koude dag en een klein kindje in huis). Voor de rest was echt alles meer dan prima!

Als ik echt iets moet noteren dan waren het de bedden die een beetje klein waren, maar voor de rest was dit echt een heel gezellige en leuke accomodatie

Hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles. Maison bien pensée et propre Bien localisée pour visiter la ville Tout équipé pour répondre aux besoins d’une famille avec enfants en bas âge (jouets, lit parapluie avec vrai matelas, pot, chaise hôte, baignoire bébé et table à langer)

Le train qui passe peu gêner mais de 22h à 6h il se fait discret Un rideau de douche pourrait faire en sorte de ne pas arroser toute la salle de bain
