Apartment was so dirty that we decided to abort our stay there.

The apartment is located close to the historical beautiful city center and you get all relevant information in advance.

The property was dirty to the point that we felt really uncomfortable there. Mold under the shower, spiders by the ceiling and stains on the walls felt genuinely unhealthy.

Good place for few nights in Boulogne.

No breakfast. Location was good, well situated near the town centre. Rooms were tidy, clean and well furnished.

The main bed was not comfortable. No kettle.

Disappointing

The location is the best feature of this apartment, quite central, although a bit noisy being on the busy road and with the train station right opposite, especially with windows open... and the double bed was fairly comfortable...

The apartment is up very narrow and steep staircase so hard climb with heavy luggage. It wasn't cleaned very well - sofa was full of hair and seeds, bathroom mirror very streaky and smudgy, drinking glasses & dishes dirty... When we pulled out the sofabed, dirty used bottom shit was still on it with no clean one provided, and the rest of the bedding was not ironed (on either beds)... Sofabed was uncomfortable to sleep on, the tap in the kitchen sink is splashing water everywhere, and the whole place would benefit from some TLC and a lick of paint...

The location is excellent. The management of the property is very professional and modern with a Web app with all important info and extremely quick response times from the owners. The flat is well designed and well equipped.

The shower had quite a small range of acceptable temperature: it became extremely hor already well before middle of the range of temperature regulator. Also, the stairs to the second floor were quite narrow.

Very easy contact with hosts. Parking space available at location and nearby. Very good facilities for our children ( cot, changing table and high chair). The appartement is small, but offers a lot of facilities and is close to the city center.

We did not know about the train station across the street, which was quite noisy inside the appartement itself every time a train passed through.

Bathroom door didn’t close properly and would haven good to have a proper oven so we could have eaten in.

Location was good. Convenient for 1 night.

Very steep narrow stairs, difficult to take up heavy luggage. Don't get key code till 3pm on the day of arrival. Fair enough to get access at 3pm but this could have been provided a bit earlier than 3pm.

Bien situé mais dommage...

L'emplacement est idéal même en face de la gare.

L'état de propreté est très relatif : vaisselle sale à relaver avant de s'en servir, murs tâchés et sales comme les meubles, les rideaux, la TV, les plinthes. La douche est à rénover absolument, le canapé lit doit être changé afin d'apporter un confort minimum.

À part la proximité avec le centre et l’aquarium nausicaa, pas grand chose.

L’odeur dans les communs (peut-être installer un désodorisant ou un petit parfum d’ambiance) Odeur de cigarette dans l’appartement en arrivant Odeur d’humidité dans la douche Manque de rideau ou brise vu sur les fenêtres La machine à café coule Porte d’entrée au bâtiment fissuré (pourquoi mettre une serrure ?) Luminaires pas assez éclairant… Pas assez d’espace sur le plan de travail Télécommande compliquée quand nous voulons nous déplacer sur l’écran de la télé Hygiène et propreté à revoir ++ Gros jour en dessous de la porte d’entrée… Table à manger branlante.

- Le studio donne une bonne impression. - La facilité d'accès au studio est appréciable. - L'emplacement est proche du centre-ville et de la mer. - Une machine à café et divers accessoires sont à disposition.

- L'isolation de l'appartement est insuffisante : on entend les trains, le voisin du dessus et les passants. - Absence de volets. - Le siège bébé est vraiment en mauvais état. - Le lit bébé fourni n'est pas fonctionnel.

Le mobilier enfant

Nous n’avons pas l’habitude de « voyager » donc je n’ai pas fais attention aux commentaires j’aurais su nous n’aurons pas réserver! Qu’est ce que c’était sale ! Entre la salle de bain dans un état pitoyable , les éléments de cuisines qui baigne dans l’huile, la poussière et les toiles d’araignées seront vos colocataires ! La literie pareil très inconfortable et les grincements incessants des lits horrible pour que le bébé à côté puisse dormir ! Parking à proximité oui mais PAYANT ! Donc tout dépend quand vous venez et à l’heure de votre arriver ! Ce n’est pas non plus notifier que vous êtes juste devant la gare donc le bruit que cela occasionne !
