A mixed bag

The apartment was situated midway between the old town and what seemed to be the main square. Communication with the host was good.

The free parking was not available therefore we parked by the old town (22 euros overnight). The communal areas in the building were unwelcoming and the bed was on the small side. Attention to detail was missing eg shower curtain needs replacing, opened packet of biscuits on arrival, shelf by bed falling off. Was very noisy at night - this maybe because it was Saturday night and France won the football....

Great little stop over accommodation.

Location was great, near to restaurants and bars two minute walk. We only needed a quick stop over on way to Calais and this ticked all the boxes (perfect). Cheap and cheerful. Would stay again if needed to.

No that I didn’t like it and was ok for us. But if older persons staying they would struggle with narrow stairway if they had suitcases and being on 3rd floor.

Bad and unclean apartment with terrible property owners

Did not like anything

The Apartment was too small. It was different from the pictures. The building is quite old and the ground is not level, the bed is tilted fwd but we managed it, you could hear All beside you and above you and below you from the thin wooden walls The stairs was very small and narrow up to the 2nd floor. The Property owner was very rude and very irritating. She would write so many times asking about the heater if it was ok. She made us loose our train tickets to lille. We were locked on Sunday because the electric keypad to the entrance had no electricity. We tried to call them for 2 hours and no one picked from the numbers that we contacted on booking. We tried to search for neighbors and anyone who could give us any other number for the property owners. After waiting 2 hours, we managed to get the lady owner contact through a neighbor. When we called her and told her we were locked and we can't enter, she said that she can't do anything because she is far away and that we should wait until afternoon. Thats was very very rude. How can my sick wife wait in a strange town until the property owner arrives at afternoon. Miraculously the keypad worked for minute and we took advantage and got inside the apartment. After 30 minutes the maid shows up and ask for us to open for her , what a total joke. The made did not have a spare key. The Apartment was full of dust and the bed was smelling. There was hair from another woman on the pillow and my wife got disgusted. We left 4 days earlier and asked if they can refund us and they said they could not. Beware of these guys, they do not know what it is to rent apartments. They have no clue of any service.

The location and privacy, check in was smooth and the place included everything necessary for a lengthy stay.

There was lacking a bit of cleaning supplies, toilet paper and trash bags for stays that are longer than a week. The stairs were a bit narrow so careful when climbing with bags.

La localité du logement est top! Proche du centre. Literie confortable. Le personnel très gentil et réactif.

Le fait de devoir aller déposer nos poubelles, de devoir faire la vaisselle (en sois ce n’est pas un problème) mais de la ranger, c’est censé être des « vacances »… et dans le salle de bain il y a une odeur d’égout qui est très dérangeante.

À refaire sans hésitation

Charmant appartement , décoration moderne et faire avec goût , 3 télés à disposition , chambre parentale et chambre d’enfants bien délimitées , jeux disponibles , le kicker et le jeu de fléchettes a été fortement apprécié . Hôtes discrets mais disponibles à la moindre questions . Je recommande vivement la location de cet appartement .

Dommage de ne pouvoir mettre une note excellente à cause du manque de chauffage !

Appartement très propre, décoration soignée, attentions particulières bienvenues.

Nous avons détesté le chauffage piloté par le propriétaire, impossible d'augmenter même en suivant les indications, le boitier de télécommande ne fonctionnant pas, lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement, la température était de 16° !? Il nous a fallut contacter l'hôte pour obtenir quelques degrés supplémentaires (tout à fait anormal de devoir faire cela !) Le lendemain, lorsque nous sommes partis vers 10h, le chauffage était à 17°, car le propriétaire l'avait programmé pour qu'il s'arrête avant 8h !?

Séjour gâché par un manque d’hygiène évident

La localisation de l'appartement est pratique pour visiter Boulogne-sur-Mer et accéder facilement aux sites touristiques.

Malheureusement, l’état de propreté du logement était très décevant : poussières, saletés, moisissure dans la salle de bain et sur le pommeau de douche, rideau taché et literie tachée. Le ballon d’eau chaude était également sous-dimensionné pour deux personnes. J’ai dû faire du ménage à notre arrivée pour rendre le lieu utilisable, ce qui a grandement impacté notre séjour.

Établissement très agréable, très propre et le confort à été au rendez vous cependant, le stationnement est assez restreint et le vis à vis des autres personnes laisse à désiré ( un rideau ou un brise vu serais la bienvenue car quelques curieux regardé à travers la porte d'entrée )mais dans l'ensemble tout est parfait
