Bon séjour, quelques petites améliorations et c’est top !

L’appartement dans l’ensemble est correct. Chauffage efficace, cuisine complète et essuies-draps fournis sur place. Le propriétaire a été disponible et correct tout au long de notre petit séjour et même avant l’arrivée. Proche de Nausicaa , de la mer, entouré de magasins en tout genre, très complet

L’emplacement est placé dans une rue très fréquentée (beaucoup de bruit) entrée du bâtiment surprenante … L’électricité fait parfois des siennes .. vite remise en route.

La douche cest bien le seul point positif!

L'appartement en lui meme ca aller encore, mais la terasse le 1er jour de notre arriver fiante de pigeons sur la terasse qui a du grillage et plein dautre bazard au dessus, il etait donc impossible denvisager un barbecue. Pigeons a cotes de la terasse avec odeur et bruit a longueur de temps. La vu de la chambre donne un magnifique visuel sur les fiantes de pigeons au dessus de la terrace. Le 1er reveil enfants reveiller a 5h30 a cause du bruit de pigeons. Le proprietaire est carrement venu nettoyer pendant notre sejour trouvant le pretexte quil na pas le temps car L'appartement est toujours louer. Monsieur a son depard du logement cest meme permis de nous jeter des affaires en voulant bien faire alors que nous n'avions strictement rien demander et a ete nous jeter des consignes d'allemagne.layant informer monsieur devais nous dedomager chose jamais faites. Monsieur demande meme si je peux avancer des sacs poubelles mais ne sait meme pas rembourser, mais proprietaire malhonete qui nous a ni rembourser nos consignes mais surtout qui nas meme pas daigner se presenter lors de notre depart. A fuir vraiment. Plus de 1000e la semaine il ne les vault clairement pas!

Het appartement lag dicht tegen het centrum aan. Alles was lopend te bereiken. De auto konden we op 10 minuten afstand gratis parkeren.

Het huisnummer was niet duidelijk aangegeven. Het appartement lag aan een drukke straat.

Sejour memorable

L appartement est très confortable, salon et literie. Nous etions 4 adultes et nous avons tous garde notre intimite L appartement a tout le confort nécessaire pour reussir un sejour de plusieurs jours , voir senaine. La terrasse est parfaite, un endroit très relaxant Le proprietaire ( Samir) est serviable et est attentif aux desideratats des locataires. De plus il est prorpietaire d un bar procédons de l appartement très cosy et sympa avec une table de charcuterie incroyable. Adrese a recommamde sans hesitation

Departamento acogedor en pleno centro

El departamento está ubicado en el centro, cerca de restaurantes, bares y tiendas. El trato con el dueño fue muy cordial, siempre pendiente de cada detalle. La decoración del departamento es moderna y acogedora, nos sentimos muy cómodos.

Al estar en pleno centro se oían los ruidos de los autos y la gente en la calle. Un poco más de espacio u otro canapé en la sala de estar, como éramos 5 tuvimos que usar un par sillas para poder ver una película juntos. Pero son solo detalles!
