About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 117 m² house for rent in Outreau, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 42 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 70 m² garden. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 42 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A 13 m² fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.
Outside:
- A lovely 70 m² enclosed and private garden
- A 12 m² terrace at the back of the house, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 4 m² balcony
The house is ideally located in Outreau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.
