Badkamer sterk verouderd. Containers van de horeca staan naast het huis en worden vroeg geleegd. Daarnaast ruik je ze.

Uitstekende ligging in het oude gedeelte van de stad met winkels, restaurants en museums om de hoek. Te voet vonden wij de zee met kinderen wat te ver, maar met de auto ben je er binnen 10 minuten rijden en altijd is er wel parkeer gelegenheid. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zeer goed bereikbaar. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien.
