The price, the size of the room and of the bedroom,the free parking, the elevator, the slippers,the free waters offered.
The mattress and the bed were old and not comfortable and noisy

У гостиницы хорошее расположение, просторный и уютный номер с собственной ванной комнатой. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: полотенца, шампунь, гель для душа, фен и тапочки. Отдельно хочется отметить собственную частную парковку со шлагбаумом — это огромное преимущество, особенно для тех, кто путешествует на автомобиле. Можно спокойно оставить машину на территории парковки. Завтрак хороший, всё понравилось. Отдельная благодарность хозяину гостиницы за доброжелательность, гостеприимство и внимательное отношение к гостям. Остался очень доволен проживанием! С удовольствием рекомендую эту гостиницу другим путешественникам.

The staff was very friendly and kind. We were passing through Kutaisi and stayed only for 2 nights, but it was during our honeymoon and staff kindly gifted us bottle of wine and local fruits! Also they shared their homemade amber wine on the second day. Overall great experience and comfortable stay!
