The location was fantastic! But the hospitality topped it!!! I had a sick child with me and the hosts were so gracious, they provided home cooked meals for the child and accommodated a late check-out.

Nice guesthouse, nice location. Wonderful bed. Not noisy at all!
We made a mistake (check out one day later) and they helped us and were extremely honest and nice with us.
!!! If you can get a room with a balcony on th river !!!
Kutaisi was very humid, thanks god they had air conditioning working nicely in the room

Nice spot by the river. It was clean.
Beds were very uncomfortable (I stayed in room 1) - you could see the sag in the mattress. No breakfast offered. No shower curtain. Had to put toilet paper in a bin. Manager insisted we pay cash and said this was confirmed on Booking.com... this is not the case it just said pay at the property. Compared to other properties it was poor value for money.
