Really friendly guy in the reception, the location is close the center and you have everything you need.
Unfortunately the bed was a bit hard for my liking but apart from this nothing to complain about

We really enjoyed our stay in Sanapiro. I m happy that next time I m in Kutaisi, I know already the best hotel to stay. The owner is superhelpful, welcoming and happy to provide support with solving any problems we had. Breakfeast was great, with the access to the terrace and view to the river. Thank you so much! We'll be back:)

I liked the location, the big size of the room, and the cheerful character of the manager
-The place is not a proper hotel, but more of an old riverside house turned into hotel, which i was not expecting abd did not like very much.
-Not enough shoer gel and shampoo.
-The breakfast was far from good. The food looked and tasted dated.
- The rooms need a small renovation, eg. our door was glass with curtains instead of a proper door, and the window had not enough soundproofing.
-The toilet had no window and always smelled bad no matter what.
