The location is right next to the downtown square and withing walking distance to stores and restraunts. It's a family run guesthouse with two units and the family is friendly and helpful with anything you need or with information. The room was good size, everything was clean, I had a balcony, and I was comfortable and had a good stay. The breakfast was very good in the morning with a good selection and more than I could eat and there is a rooftop Terrance that is very nice to hang out at. I would stay there again!
Sometimes the internet would not work all that well. But that also happened in restaurants and coffee places so it's something that is just part of the town being up in the mountains. I don't think the guesthouse has control over it.

One of the most amazing stays in Mestia :)
Stayed over a month in winter and I still think about their King breakfast with pancakes.
Just for that it was worth it.
Tamuna and David were very kind and flexible hosts and all their staff seemed very positive and kind. So great atmosphere and amazing value overall.
Aswell very central location which was convenient and nice simple cozy rooms with bathrooms all was needed for resting after skiing.
Always available coffee tea was nice bonus aswell 👌
I hope to come back again next season ;-)

Everything was great there. In the heart of Mestia, the acces to the property is very easy. The place is neat and clean. Mr. David and the family were very freindly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional here.

Good location with nice views from the balcony and nice breakfast
It seemed messy and dirty many places. Removal of garbage on common areas was done very late in the day. The whole place seemed understaffed
