The location is excellent, first and foremost. It's right in the center, with all the sights nearby. We had a large room. It was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was on the shady side, so it wasn't too hot.
We didn't figure out the hot water at first, but the receptionist explained how to fix it.

Position is great
I had to change the room because of the noise of the aircon plus bathrooms are quite smelly do to the sewer. It’s just dated and with a little bit of renovation has a potential!!

Very centric and arriving late in the night was possible to find plenty of free parking space just in front of the hotel. Check-out and breakfast until midday is very convenient for those arriving / sleeping late
Even informing I would arrive late, reception was closed. There was a number to call, but without a phone with internet, I needed to get in another hotel to ask a favor to contact receptionist. Shower floor was steeped and water accumulates. There was an inconvenient machine noise in the room. Window of the room I stayed faces a depressive interior hall.
