The location is near restaurants and bridge ,the garden was excellent
They did not clean the room every day and had to ask for clean towels

1. The room was reasonably clean and better overall than many Hotels in Tbilisi claim to be 4 star.
2. Room size was decent for a short family stay.
3. Despite its limitations, it was one of the better budget options in Kutaisi.
1. No dinner / restaurant service available – no on-site restaurant operating at night.
2. The room was on the ground floor, though numbered like a first-floor room (Room 114), causing confusion.
3. Air conditioning was weak, not sufficient for warm evenings.
4. Hotel staff lacked hospitality – no greetings, no smiles, no basic courtesy.
5. Breakfast was below average, with very limited options.
6. Bathroom was poorly equipped – no hand shower or bidet spray, making it inconvenient for families, especially those with kids.
