Four Seasons Riverside

We had a pleasant stay! The hotel offers good value for a very reasonable price. The highlight for us was definitely the view from our room overlooking the river it was absolutely lovely and added a charming touch to our trip. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. The breakfast, while basic, was fresh and delicious, and the staff were very welcoming.

The property and the rooms are somewhat dated and basic, and there is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility needs. Because of this, it is best suited for a short stay or a couple of nights rather than a long vacation.

The staff was very friendly, the room was in good condition, the breakfast was tasty and more than enough. We were able to park our car.

The bed linen was too small to cover the entire bed, and there was no spare roll of toilet paper. It was particularly disappointing to see yoghurt from Russia being served at breakfast. 😢 🇬🇪🇺🇦 A small desk in the room would also be a welcome addition for guests who need to do some work on their laptops. 👩‍💻

A lovely room with a balcony overlooking the river. Everything was spotless, the staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

It’s a little further from the city centre than I’d like, though still within walking distance. That’s just my personal preference, and it’s not something the hotel can change.

Good location. Easy access to the city centre.

Definitely not the standard I'd expect for a 4 star hotel. A few things: 1. The booking.com page indicated to us there was guaranteed parking. When we arrived, all the parking was gone. There's 3 spots at best, so don't rely on this. 2. The breakfast is not a buffet, so you get what you get served. The food was alright, but don't expect regular continental hotel standard. Also, there was no proper coffee, only instant coffee. If you wanted coffee from a nescafe pod machine, you had to pay for it. 3. The rooms were not very soundproof. We could hear the people in the room next to ours watching TV.
