Very close to the city center, which made everything easily accessible on foot. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Best view possible in Kutaisi. Hotel is near river and city center. You can spend time on a balcony looking at city panorama. You have direct view on a famous gondola lift. Inside room very clean. In the room everything is working. Super comfortable beds ( I have back pain so I know what I mean). People working in hotel very helpful and English speaking. Breakfast was simple but very good mixing local cuisines with european teaste.

We had two single beds instead of one big bed, there was a draft coming from the window, and the bathroom facilities could be better

The breakfast was far beyond our expectations, the staff was totally unpleasant unfortunately, they couldn’t even say hello anytime or just smile a little, and the lack of soundproofing of our room was unbearable, we heard everything from the other rooms
