•チェックイン前に荷物を置ける •カラオケ、ゲームセンターなどのアミューズメント •温泉貸し切り •宿の広さ
•テレビの裏に蜘蛛の巣 •プロジェクターの使い方がわからなかった •カラオケがテレビに映らなかった（テレビ後ろのボタンを押したら見えた） •布団が足りなかった •質問したい時に電話に出ないことがあった

カラオケやゲームなど、幅広い年代で楽しむことができる設備があった点と温泉に24時間入れる点が良かった。
内湯の排水が悪く、洗い場にすぐにお湯が溜まってしまうことは改善してほしい。
