Pool is great for kids, spacious rooms, beautiful view, nice kids room, great value if not staying on a holiday weekend
Kids room booking system is a bit annoying - seems like there would be plenty of room for multiple kids to play at the same time

Staff were nice and very friendly
Have to pay for using of utensils and kitchenware even though the room was provided with a kitchen. Had to pay for using the laundry too. Does not make sense when Airbnb provides everything. Hotel needs to keep up with the changing times. Hotel is also dated and in need of a renovation. Tatami room could be used to provide proper beds to provide a peaceful rest for all guests accommodated in the room. Not everyone is able to sleep on a futon as the hard floor gave aches and a hard time sleeping for people who are not accustomed to sleeping on futons.
