The location and ocean views are spectacular .
Staff was friendly and engaging.
Hotel is on need of renovation. Being on the ocean outdoor surfaces are rusting and in need of paint.
Indoor areas had an old musty smell. Walls on the hallways were showing their age.
Good variety in the buffets. Some of the options fell short on food quality. Some higher end items like tempura and Shabu Shabu were not offered when we were there, but are apparently available at other times.
