スタッフの皆様がとても親切でとても良かったです。

幼馴染大人の女子3名でプールと海水浴を楽しむ為チェックIN前にホテルへ向かおうと事前に連絡をしました。すると熱川駅までホテルの送迎バスが迎えに来てくれてビーチへの送迎もしてくれました。
シートにはビニールカバーもしてあるので濡れた水着のままでも気にせず乗る事が出来ました。スタッフの皆さんとても親切で優しく対応して頂きました。
部屋や大浴場から見える景色も素晴らしくレストランでの食事もとても美味しかったですです。コインランドリーもあり泳いだ後の水着も全て綺麗にお洗濯して持ち帰る事な出来たので快適な旅行になりました。
チェックOUTがもう少しゆっくりだとありがたいのですが

お風呂と外にいる受付男性の対応は気が利くかたで良かったです。名前を聞かれインカムでチェックインカウンター？に連絡されてました。。。がしかし
チェックインの対応。
カウンターに2名いました。
1人はアイスクリームのレジ。
1人はチェックイン？対応終了後、カウンターから出て行き、声もかけられずに僕の後素通りして、どこかへ消える。
アイスクリームの人はなかなか終わらず、終了後対応してくれるかと思いきや、終了後も雑務して無視されました。ずっとカウンター前でたたされてました。
連絡もらったんじゃないの？
