What a gem of a find! FIrstly, Atagakawan staff was very helpful and friendly. Next the room was delightful and having a view facing the ocean was great. We slept with the calming sounds of ocean waves. And there were various options for the onsen, from private baths to the standard public ones. Would recommend those who wish for a relaxing stay to consider this place. I would definitely stay here again.

The beautiful ocean view is nice.
The rooms are super old, even if you don’t see it on the tatami, which was pretty worn out, the carpet around the table next to the ocean view was very filthy. The air conditioner even though we didn’t use it, was completely filled with mold to the point that parts of the wall around it had mold on it. The shower pressure wasn’t good. Early March, it’s not beach season, the price was completely unreasonable for what you get.
