外国人のスタッフを含め、皆さん親切で一生懸命対応されている姿がとても好感を持てました。朝・夕方の食事も大変満足でした。部屋つきの温泉もとても良い。
踊り子号を利用して現地入りしましたが、電車時刻とチックアウト・送迎バスの利用時間が合っていないので、申し少し臨機応変に対応してほしい。

お食事は美味しかったです
ここは日本なの？て思うぐらいチェックインもチェックアウトも外国人の方 お食事の接待も外国人の方 外国人の方が悪いわけではないが、帰りの時ぐらい日本人スタッフのお見送りが欲しいと思いました! 露天風呂を楽しみにしてきたのに、工事中と当日のチェックインの時に伝えられとても残念 その前にメールのやり取りをしたのですから、その時に教えて欲しかったです 貸切露天風呂に入りましたがシャンプーリンスが、クシが通らないぐらいだったのは初めての経験 なんか楽しみに来た気持ちが半減になって帰りました
