The location
Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved.
The lawn was mowed in the backyard on the first day of our stay and in the front yard on the second day. The noise was quite disruptive, and I believe this type of maintenance should be completed before guests arrive whenever possible.
Another important issue was the lack of air conditioning. Even installing a simple wall-mounted fan in each room would make a big difference to guests' comfort and would be an inexpensive improvement.
Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
