Georgian Luxury Apartment - Fast Broadband WiFi - Parking Available

The apartment is clean and big enough for our group of 7. The facilites were adequate and we were conveniently located across the street from a big Sainsbury's & near a bus stop, with buses to and from the town centre

Unfortunately, I hadn't realised that there was only one bathroom, so we had to work out our bath schedules. Fortunately, there were 2 toilets. Also on our last night, the lights in one of the bedrooms and bathrooms went off and so we had to rely on our phone torches.... One other thing, we couldn't locate the outdoor terrace😅

Spacious, bright and cosy appartment with well equipped kitchen. Three big supermarket just over the street. A lot of parking place nearby. Easy to check in

There are several issues with my current stay.Communication is slow, as a response can take up to a day. More importantly, there is no air conditioning available, despite it being guaranteed in my booking reservation.Due to the lack of AC, we have to open the windows, which exposes us to loud street traffic and pedestrian noise. Furthermore, one of the bedrooms and the living room lack fans.The overall comfort of the property is poor; the beds are uncomfortable, and there is a noticeable bad odor in the rooms. Finally, the building entrance is poorly maintained with outdated paint, and there is no lift available.
