Good stay for family and cleanliness was good along with landlord available all the time
House was big and had enough space to sit and also kitchen was there with kitchenware. Instructions were available and clear and cleanliness was good. Host was reachable.
Due to some miscommunication from my end few things happened but landlord was gracious enough to discuss directly on any issue we raised. Only thing we had issue was with bathroom tap to switch between shower or tap as it was little jam and I had small cut on finger but it's not that major issue.

Fantastic appartment in a quiet and convenient location
Exceptional appartment! Very convenient location with a bus stop just outside the premises - that allows a nice 30min ride to the city centre. Close to a good shopping centre, very quiet area. The flat is huge, spacious and can accomodate a whole family easily. There are separate kitchen with many utensils, coffee makers etc. and a living room. You can prepare your own meals at any time. Super clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
The only thing that was a bit inconvenient were the check in details sent only 30 mins before the actual check-in time. This causes a little stress if you have connection issues (internet outside of EU for instance). However I understand it is for security purposes. Anyway, it is for sure a great place to enjoy your stay in Edinburgh.

Excellent stay in this house. Loved it!
A very neat house that was very comfortable for a family to stay. It was within easy bus transport to Edinburgh with the bus stops just outside the housing complex. The house was very well heated and kept me comfortable through the winter nights I stayed. If you have any issues they sort it out quickly.
