L'espace est optimisé et la décoration de l'appartement est réussie. L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre rue Sommeiller tout près du lac (le parking Bonlieu à 200 m propose des forfaits 3 à 5 jours à 9 €/jour !!). Bon équipement de la cuisine. Le linge de maison est très satisfaisant.

La banquette du salon est vraiment très inconfortable. Le problème des démarrages intempestifs du sanibroyeur du wc à chaque utilisation de la douche ou du lavabo de la salle de bains mériterait d'être réglé. A certaines heures, c'est gênant.

- Das Bett ist gemütlich aber schmal. Für zwei Personen vielleicht zu klein - morgens ist es etwas laut, weil die Fenster des Appartments alle zur Straße zeigen - die Fenster sind von der gegenüberliegenden Seite einsehbar. Deswegen musste ich die Vorhänge meistens zuziehen und es war relativ dunkel - das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und kann nicht geschlossen werden (die Toilette ist in einem anderen sehr kleinen Raum). - sobald man Wasser benutzt macht der Boiler Lärm

Wonderful location. Apartment has a lot of potential. Cute design and cute furnishings. Kitchen was similar to typical tourist apartment. We stayed a full week in winter and would return to Annecy as it was a beautiful and enchanting place. The bed was very soft but it was comfortable and we slept well. Pleasant view of the street below and very little noise from neighbors or from the street. The hostess was quick to respond when messaged.

We were not told about required 500 Euro security deposit until just prior to visit. (In almost 3 months of travel this was our first requirement to provide a deposit so it surprised us.) Placemats on table were stained and unsightly. Valve in toilet room made a loud and obnoxious noise every time toilet was flushed or any time hot water was used. It got tiring. Could be heard in stairwell three floors below! Valve also leaked, so host had tied a plastic bag to catch water. It worked, but made us nervous that it might leak on floor and flood the area. Toilet room is very small (if you are larger stature you will not fit in it) and has no vent other than the door, and it is and right across from kitchen. A previous tenant had burned an unsightly hole in the sofa that had not been repaired. We covered the sofa with a yoga mat during our stay and soon learned the mat was needed but inadequate for comfort. The sofa is lumpy and uncomfortable. Chairs at the small table look cute and match apartment decor but have hard, flat surfaces that quickly felt uncomfortable. Temperature controls were locked and we could not adjust them. Temperature was fair but we could have used a little more heat as it was November and cold. When we left and followed the instructions to strip the bed we discovered that we had been sleeping on the mattress cover. There were no sheets on the bed!
