Problème d entretien: Eclairage: manque des ampoules Pas de lumière dans les WC Lampadaire en panne.... Canapé en mauvais état?: les coussins ne tiennent plus Une fenêtre qui ne s ouvre pas.

L'emplacement est parfait dans Annecy. L'appartement est propre et la literie confortable. La cuisine est très spacieuse.
Difficile de rester assis sur le canapé car les attaches des coussins ne tiennent plus et ils glissent quand on est installé. On entend beaucoup le bruit de la rue en journée.

Appartement très bien localisé, directement au centre ville
L’appartement n’avait apparemment pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée : seuls les draps avaient été changés, mais le reste était très sale. Une forte odeur de cigarette imprégnait les murs et les toilettes, alors que le logement était annoncé non-fumeur. Nous avons dû acheter des produits ménagers pour nettoyer nous-mêmes. Étant allergique aux acariens, le séjour a été très difficile pour moi. Je ne recommande pas ce logement.
