Improvement needed.

Perfect location for us because we love peace and quiet and it was exactly that. We never heard any noise from the neighbours, ( the house is a semi). Very nice area on a newly built estate. I appreciated the fact the house has a drive. The house is spacious with 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The owner answered all my emails before arriving, which was excellent. I emailed about an issue with the kitchen lights but had no response.

The house has some maintenance issues. The kitchen lights worked one day, the next day they didn't. The TV kept going off. Marks on the walls, the door of one bathroom wouldn't close and so on. The 2 single beds we used have had their day, The mattresses were creaking when we moved about, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.They look like cheap beds in my opinion and you get what you pay for. The house certainly needs some TLC and it's a shame about that because it certainly has the potential to be first class accommodation.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Home was very clean and in a nice, quiet area.

There was no bowls, the kids ate their cereal out of a mug. Not a massive problem though, everything else was 10/10.
