Close to everything. As advertised and easy communication

The apartment is in a fantastic location in Nice, close to many attractions and easy to access public transportation, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, there were several issues that made the overall experience disappointing.First, the check-in process was quite frustrating. The host did not provide instructions ahead of time, and communication leading up to our arrival was slow and unresponsive, which left us feeling unsure about whether we’d even be able to access the apartment. Additionally, we had to walk about 8 minutes to pick up and drop off the keys, which was inconvenient.The apartment itself was not as clean as expected — there was noticeable mold in several corners and crevices, and overall it felt like cleanliness was not a priority. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely flat and offered no support.There were also issues with supplies. Only one kitchen towel and one laundry pod were provided, with no instructions on how to use the washing machine. Towels were insufficient for both the kitchen and bathroom, and the host seemed very stingy with basic essentials like soap and laundry supplies.One of the more frustrating parts was the hot water situation — showers lasted about 10 minutes before running cold, which made it difficult for even two people to shower comfortably.Overall, while the location is excellent the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and basic hospitality made this stay less enjoyable.
